Terms:
To start we are offering vacation rental owners a free two (2) months trial period to list their rental with a detailed description of the property and as many photos as they would like to include. After the free trial period, if you decide to continue to list your property with NS Classifieds we will be charging a flat fee of $5.00 per month with a three (3) month minimum period (you will be contacted with further detail). If after the three (3) month period, you decide to cancel your listing, please notify us via email and we will gladly remove your listing. |
