TRUE HAWAIIAN ATMOSPHERE AND SPIRITUAL BLISS!! An
acre of trees, bushes, flowers, and fountain fish ponds.
Yard lights and torches illuminate the pathway to the
spectacular sandy beach!! Locals call it Crystal Beach.
Barbeque grill area just outside your door facing the
beach, a constant beach breeze flows through the house
and yard which keep it very comfortable. Bedroom has
AC if needed. I am an artist so there is art pieces
scattered throughout the area. My home is on the property
but far enough away for privacy but close enough to
holler for any needs! A gazebo is on the beach for relaxing,
dining or watching the sunset or moonrise over the horizon.
This is a true spiritual and artistic retreat. I do
not allow large gatherings, parties, etc. without knowing
what to expect first. I have had nice small weddings
here, and I do get a lot of honeymooners! Plenty of
private, lighted parking steps from your door. |

The home is locates in the town of Laie, home of B.Y.U.
A very nice shopping center is within walking distance
that has Foodland market, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, Subway,
movie theaters, Post Office, ice cream parlor and several
other small businesses. Just to the south is the Polynesian
Culture Center and to the north, about 5 minutes is Turtle
Bay Resort with golf and fine dining. As you keep heading
north you will pass the world famous North Shore surf
spots such as Pipeline, Sunset Beach, Waimea Bay and the
town of Haleiwa. The town of Haleiwa is very quaint and
artsy with several wonderful restaurants and shops. I
have the dream spot and I hope you will experience it.

- The kitchen is FULLY equipped - full size stove,
great cook ware, blender, mixer, microwave, utensils,
toaster, rice cooker, deep fryer.
- The bedroom is "OLD WORLD", with stucco
walls, antique decor, and hand carved rosewood queen-size
bed.
- Bathroom has a full shower with great water pressure.
There is also an available hose to rinse off with,
beach towels etc. Bathroom has its own entrance from
the beach.
- Living room has beautiful hand made koa, rosewood,
and mahogany unique furniture. There is a sofa bed
and also an airbed available. As I said, I am an artist
and I like nice, unique art pieces. My paintings adorn
the walls and my BEST customers are my tenants. Security
lights throughout the area, barbeque grill, umbrellas,
table with chairs, all just outside living room door.
